So it's December...

Thanks to Kurt for the really helpful comment to the last entry. Really helpful.

Anyway, 'Country Music' is still a little way off, so I can't give any more details at the moment. This blog was really set up to celebrate Keith's life and I'm fortunate enough to be in posession of tributes to Keith whcih have come from all over the world. These WILL be posted soon, but at the moment I don't want to add anything else, other than to thank everybody who has emailed over the last 6 months or so. But there will be news soon and I will make sure that this site is regularly updated to keep you in the picture. In the meantime, keep writing! R

This is the first post on 'Country Music' - dedicated to Keith Girdler, my dear friend who sadly passed away in May 2007.

Keith was probably best known to many as singer in the Sarah Records band Blueboy, with whom he and Paul Stewart wrote and recorded many wonderful songs. Keith and Paul went on to record with Arabesque for Siesta Records and then as Beaumont. At this time Keith and Paul also recorded with Lovejoy and Keith also wrote and recorded songs as The Snowdrops.

In the near future I will post a selection of the tributes and messages that have been sent since Keith died. I will also let you know about 'Country Music' which is my own tribute and present to Keith, but should make lots of pop kids very happy too.
